How much does a real estate agent website cost?

A real estate agent website costs $59 to about $725 a month on the platforms that publish prices, plus $0 to $6,500 to set up. In the first year, an entry plan runs from about $1,000 (a do-it-yourself builder) to about $5,300 (a website with CRM and setup fee). Luxury Presence, Lofty and BoldTrail quote prices on request.

These are entry plans for one agent, read from each company’s own website on October 29, 2026. Teams, extra users, more MLSs, ad budgets and lead packages cost more.

What changes the price

Six things decide what an agent website really costs in a year.

Setup and design

From $0 for a self-serve builder to $6,500 for a custom design (AgentFire’s Firebrand package).

Contract length

Month to month, or a 6- or 12-month minimum. A longer term can lower the monthly price and raises what you owe if you leave.

IDX and MLS fees

Some include one MLS; others charge per MLS — Placester $25 a month, Sierra $25 per extra feed.

Users and seats

Entry plans include one or two users; each extra user costs from $1 to $75 a month, depending on the platform and team size.

Content and email

Included on some plans, add-ons on others, and email volume is usually capped by plan.

Ads and lead packages

Managed ads and lead packages add hundreds a month: Real Geeks’ run $299–$599, plus ad spend where it applies.

What should a real estate agent website include for the price?

Compare what each price buys, not just the number. A website that only shows listings needs a CRM, email and content bought elsewhere; a higher monthly price that includes them can cost less in total.

  1. 1

    IDX search on your MLS

Live listings on your own site, and whether each extra MLS costs more.

  2. 2

A CRM that sees the website

Who visited, what they looked at, and who to call — without exporting leads to another tool.

  3. 3

Content and email you don’t have to write

Local articles, neighborhood pages and market update emails that keep clients coming back.

  4. 4

A way to show up on Google and ChatGPT

Pages assistants can read and quote, and a report of whether they name you.

Frequently asked questions

Cheap plans, unpublished prices, BrndNa’s price and the costs that hide.

Is a $59-a-month website enough for a real estate agent?
It can be, if you will build and edit the site yourself and run your own follow-up. Placester’s $59 Agent Essential plan includes a website builder, IDX search (plus a $25 monthly fee per MLS) and a simple CRM, with blog and social automation as add-ons. Platforms around $400 a month include more of the CRM, content and marketing.
Why don’t some real estate website companies publish prices?
Luxury Presence, Lofty and BoldTrail quote prices in a demo or on request. Their pages say the price depends on the plan, the number of seats, add-ons, lead programs or brokerage partnerships. Ask for the setup fee, the contract length and what is included in writing before you sign.
How much does BrndNa cost?
Premiere is $399.99 a month, Elite $599.99 and Brokerage $799.99 for two seats plus $99.99 per extra seat, month to month with no setup fee. Paid annually, they are $3,999.99, $5,999.99 and $7,999.99 a year.
What hidden costs should agents watch for?
Setup or design fees, a 6- or 12-month minimum term, IDX fees per MLS, extra users, ad budgets and management fees, and lead packages. Add them up for the first year, not just the monthly price.
