What should CMA software do for a real estate agent?

CMA software should pull comparable sales from your MLS, adjust them for the differences, suggest a price and give the seller a report they can follow. BrndNa’s CMA does that in five steps — active, pending, sold and off-market comps, then finish — with automatic adjustments, a suggested price and write-up, and a web report and PDF.

Build it in minutes

From the address to a price you can defend.

Comps in five steps

Active, pending, sold and off-market comparables from your MLS, then finish. Add a comp by hand when you need to.

Automatic adjustments

Each comp is adjusted for size and features at a rate scaled to its own market, so the numbers start close.

A suggested price and the why

A price, a range and a plain-language write-up of the market, which you can steer and edit before you publish.

Hand it over

The seller gets the report the way they want it.

A web report

A report with its own link that sellers can open on their phone — at a private link where your MLS requires it.

A PDF

The same report as a PDF for the listing appointment or the seller’s inbox.

Email it

Send the report to up to ten people at once, straight from the CMA.

Frequently asked questions

Where the comps come from, steering the price, and sharing the report.

Where do the comparable sales come from?
From your MLS: MLS PIN in New England and Canopy MLS in the Carolinas today. You can also add a comparable by hand. What a client’s report may show follows your MLS’s rules on sold data.
Can I change the comps and steer the price?
Yes. Add or remove comparables, tell the pricing step how to position the home, and run it again. The report stays a draft you can edit until you publish it.
How does the seller get the CMA?
As a web report with its own link, a PDF, or an email to up to ten people. Where your MLS requires it, the web report is served only at a private link you can reset.
